What will this year's event bring? Come see the power of over 40 future leaders discussing social justice issues relevant to their own lives!

About 5,000 students participate in the One World Program at school each year. For many, it is the first time they are allowed to choose their own topic for a class assignment. A select group of these students is now spending two months after school working on their research, writing, and presentation skills in preparation for the Ambassador Challenge. Judges will award the winning students $10,000 total in scholarships and academic prizes!

2019 Event Host

Drew Anderson
We are excited to have Drew return this year as our host! He is a dynamic hip hop artist, slam poet, producer, screenwriter, and veteran teacher who also runs two innovative performing arts-based programs: C.R.U.N.K. Academy and Spoof School. One World is fortunate to have Drew as a teaching artist during the Challenge Academy, where he works closely with students to hone their presentation skills and inspire confidence on stage.
