2019 Ambassador Challenge

Fifty DC middle and high school students will make oral presentations about social justice issues directly relevant to their own lives. About 5,000 students first wrote argumentative essays on topics of their own choosing in classrooms around the city this fall using the One World Program. This select group of fifty students will then spend two months transforming their written essays into compelling oral presentations in teacher-led afterschool sessions. Students will be competing for $10,000 in college scholarships and academic prizes. Please come show your support!
