Back-to-school time has two fantastic funders renewing their support of One World's work.
The City Fund has continued their support as part of their District of Columbia’s One City Action Plan goals of growing and diversifying the District’s economy; educating and preparing the workforce for the new economy; and improving the quality of life for all DC residents. The Fund supports effective nonprofits working to make the District of Columbia a more healthy, stable, and vibrant place to live for all its residents.
Morris & Gwendolyn Cafritz Foundation has generously renewed its support for OWEd with a 2015 grant. Well known throughout the Capital Region, The Morris & Gwendolyn Cafritz Foundation is the largest private, independent, local foundation focused exclusively on the Washington, DC metropolitan area, and is committed to improving the quality of life for its residents. Education is one of the Foundation's main areas of focus.
